1. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your personal data. When you book your place or join our email list, we collect information such as your name, contact details, and travel preferences. This data is used solely for trip organisation, communication, and updates.

We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except where necessary (e.g. hotel, airport transfer provider) to deliver your experience. You may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time.

2. Booking & Payment Policy

Bookings are confirmed only once full payment is made or a valid instalment plan is approved via Klarna or our payment gateway. Early bird and group rates are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. All transactions are securely processed via Stripe. We accept major debit/credit cards including Visa and Mastercard.


3. Refund & Transfer Policy


All payments are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, your booking can be transferred to another individual free of charge up to 14 days before the trip. After that, transfer requests may be denied due to supplier restrictions. No refunds are given for partial attendance, missed transfers, or unused inclusions.


4. Travel Insurance Requirement

All guests are required

to have valid travel insurance that covers:

Winter sports (skiing/snowboarding)

Medical emergencies

Trip cancellation

Failure to obtain insurance is at your own risk. Magniski is not liable for costs incurred due to injury, illness, or trip disruption.


5. Code of Conduct

We expect all attendees to behave respectfully toward fellow guests, staff, and suppliers.


Disruptive, unsafe, or illegal behaviour may result in your removal from the trip without refund.


6. Experience Changes

Magniski reserves the right to alter parts of the itinerary or included activities due to:

Weather Hotel or supplier availability

Safety concerns

Unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, suitable alternatives will be provided where possible.
