A confirmed place on the trip is secured only upon full payment or approved instalment via Klarna or other available providers. Prices are as stated on the booking page at the time of payment. Early bird and group discounts are limited and subject to availability. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms in full.

4. Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers
All bookings are non-refundable under any circumstance, including illness, travel disruption, or personal reasons. However, tickets can be transferred to another individual up to 14 days before departure, with prior written notice to Magniski. Name changes on bookings may incur a fee depending on hotel and transfer provider policies.
5. Travel Insurance
All participants are required to have valid travel insurance covering winter sports, medical emergencies, and trip cancellation.Proof of insurance may be requested prior to departure.
6. Health, Safety & Risk
By attending this trip, you acknowledge that skiing/snowboarding carries inherent risks, and you agree to participate at your own risk. Magniski and its organisers are not liable for injury, accident, or loss of personal belongings. You are responsible for adhering to local laws, resort rules, and safety regulations at all times.
7. Behaviour & Conduct
You agree to behave respectfully toward fellow guests, hotel staff, and partners throughout the trip. Any participant found to be acting recklessly or disrupting the experience for others may be asked to leave, with no refund.
8. Changes & Cancellations by Organiser
While we aim to deliver the full advertised experience, certain elements may be subject to change (e.g. weather-related adjustments, venue changes).In the rare event of full trip cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. border closures), we will aim to provide alternative dates or offer partial credit.
